The Town of Albion, Washington (Owner) is requesting Bids for Goods and Services related to the procurement of a Portable (Mobile) Emergency Generator. The generator to be provided shall be a portable trailer-mounted diesel engine driven standby generator set that includes multiple voltage and phase controls, output distribution equipment, and all required auxiliary systems to provide standby power to the Owners potable water wells. Bid security is required; performance and payment bonds are not required, and retainage on application for payments are not required for this project. A single payment will be made by the Owner upon final acceptance of the provided Goods and Services. he Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by the data required by the bidding documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. The Owner retains the right to reject all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process
