City of Mexico Beach, Florida is requesting sealed bids from qualified bidders for the Mexico Beach Water Tank Aeration System Project. The bidder shall provide all costs associated with the manufacturing for this equipment (this contract includes purchase of equipment). Question Deadline 02/24/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Questions concerning this request should be submitted in writing to, Emily Thomasee (ethomasee@anchorcel.com) and Tammy Brunson, (t.brunson@mexciobeachfl.gov). Any Addendums issued during the advertisement period shall be posted to the above website no later than 5:00 PM (central time) Tuesday February 25, 2025. Quotes shall be firm for ninety (90) days. The award by the City Council is expected to Occur March 25, 2025 at 6:00 PM (central time). The City reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject all bids. The City will award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a bidder who is not the lowest bidder if the City determines that another bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder.
