Sidewalk Project, Phase 1 Hillsboro Rd from Rays Church Rd to Hwy 186 by the Town Park for the Town of North High Shoals Bid # TNHS-2025-02-001 Sealed bids will be received for a Sidewalk Project, Phase 1, for the Town of North High Shoals, GA. Description of the geographic area: Hillsboro Road, North High Shoals, GA in Oconee County, GA along Hillsboro Road eastern side, approximately 2,230 linear feet, between Georgia State Highway 186 and Rays Church Road. Approximately 5'wide, for the Town of North High Shoals, Georgia, using the Carter Engineering Specifications laid out in their Engineering Survey. The contract will be effective April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2027 (24 months) The Town of North High Shoals reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the Town. Note: All prospective bidders must submit a Contractor Affidavit as required under O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 with their sealed bid and MUST provide an E-verify ID #.
