The Contractor is responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequence, and procedures of construction, safety, and quality control . This includes ensuring safety and overseeing the safety of all personnel and Subcontractors. In the event of a multi-employer site, the Contractor is the controlling employer responsible for coordinating site-wide safety efforts, ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations, and mitigating potential hazards across all employees, Subcontractors or suppliers on the site, consistent with any applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances. Replace existing High-Pressure Sodium(HPS) with newer, efficient LED light heads on all light poles along Egan Drive between 10th Street and Mendenhall Loop Boulevard.
