CONTRACT PERIOD: The contract will be in effect from date of award through June 30, 2026, with an automatic annual renewal period for four (4) additional years, with the final expiration date of June 30, 2030. During each contract period and any subsequent automatic renewals. Contractor may provide written notice to terminate the contract without penalty providing the notice is given sixty (60) days prior to the upcoming renewal period. Any extension of the contract period must be by written amendment and mutually agreed upon between CBJ and the Contractor prior to the final expiration of the current contract period.
