Renovation of a municipal facility in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove all solar panels and solar panel mounting hardware (brackets, conduit, wiring) keep in usable condition. Remove existing roofing, flashings screws and roofing clips. Replace any vent caps that are compromised or damaged. Replace roofing, flashings, clips and screws with the same Shur lock architectural roofing panel in Mauna Kea white color. Reinstall all solar panels, brackets, conduit, wiring and certify all components are functional. Dispose of all old roofing, flashings, roofing clips and screws.
