Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of this project consists of but is not limited to approximately 8 - 800 square yards of asphalt planing - placement of pavement overlay geotextile - and 1 - 200 tons of asphalt paving. This project also includes the installation of a 10' wide asphalt pathway - installation of curb & gutter - construction of pedestrian ramps - reinforced concrete approaches - soft spot repair - utility adjustment - removal of existing sidewalk - concrete approach - and type A curb.
