Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dormont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project involves 10 specific sanitary sewer point repairs including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer excavation, point repair and replacement, including wye and lateral repairs, MH installation, MH location, bench and invert installation, any bypass pumping, complete restoration in asphalt street, brick street, concrete street, concrete sidewalk and/or landscape areas as needed. Project also includes all traffic control as needed. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workmans Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreements. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Borough of Dormont in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. Contractor must also submit a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with their bid or the bid will be considered non-responsive. The Proposals must be made to the Borough of Dormont, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Proposal guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein. The Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
