This project involves sanitary sewer point repairs including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer excavation point repairs; replacement of wye and lateral pipe; manhole installation; CCTV verification of the repair locations; and the post repair NASSCO CCTV. All traffic control, notification, and restoration of disturbed areas are also included. The Borough may add or subtract various sanitary or storm sewers throughout the contract. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid before the designated deadline. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to ten percent of the proposal total as a guarantee. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement within fifteen days of award notice. Performance, maintenance, and labor and material payment bonds, as well as insurance certificates, must be filed with the executed agreement. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality, or award contracts for all or portions of the work, based on qualifications and other relevant factors.
