This contract provides for furnishing and delivering asphalt materials in accordance with the plans and specifications. The award of this proposal, if made, may be made in whole or in part as determined to be in the best interest of Grant County. The improvement for which bids will be received follows: Asphalt Materials 2025 This proposal provides for furnishing 3,000 5,000 tons of HFE-150 liquid asphalt, 500 - 900 tons of HFE-90 liquid asphalt and 6000 8,000 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt for the 2025 season to Grant County and other work in accordance with the specifications. The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
