ESCALATOR CLAUSE IS INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. Paving Bid 2: Estimated Costs $39,898 Furnish and place 77 Tons of 9.5 MM Fine Grade Wearing Course, 8 Tons of 25 MM Base Course, 834 SY of 4 Milling, 34 SY of 5 Milling, and 150 Tons of 19 MM Binder Course. ESCALATOR CLAUSE IS INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. PA Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
