Division D of the Bank Intercounty Drain project is a project consisting of the removal of existing storm sewer and replacement with a 6' x 8' box sewer from the regional stormwater detention facility at 4300 W Saginaw Highway to the east and south to the intersection of Dibble Road and Michigan Avenue. The purpose of this project is to provide improved drainage service and flood relief for the Drainage District.
