Dutcher Baseball Fields Lighting Installation Project. Install and properly aim assembled LED luminaries to ensure adequate lighting for safe play at night on the two west fields, known as the North and South fields, at The Dutcher Baseball Complex. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $500,000 - $1,000,000. Any Bidder wishing to supply an alternate product/manufacturer shall submit their proposed alternate prior to the question submission deadline, via the OpenGov Question and Answer Tool. Remove all existing poles & lights and dispose. Poles may be removed in tact, or cutoff two (2) feet below grade. 2. All cables, and conduit to existing poles can be abandoned in placed. 3. Any trenching done through the asphalt area(s) may be backfilled with compacted crushed asphalt. 4. Provide and install galvanized steel poles (Height to properly cover lighting needs) with pre-cast concrete bases. 5. All in ground boxes shall be Tier 22. 7. The power service mounted to the existing structure located at the North Field behind home plate, shall be moved to a Contractor Supplied Stainless Steel NEMA 4 Enclosure (Hoffman, or other comparable manufacturer). Sized appropriately to hold all electrical service and light controllers For each field, on the "A" Poles - Two (2) Per Field, Four (4) Total, install LED Security Lighting on the Poles. The security lights shall be on their own circuit to operate with the Field Lights are off. These are the poles closest to Home Plate on the 1 st & 3 rd Baselines. o The City has furnished a Musco Spec for the four (4) security lights that will be utilized. Any bidder utilizing Techline Sports Lighting or Qualite Sports Lighting to bid the project, shall utilize a comparable manufacturer light with a minimum lumen output level of 67,000 lumens.
