Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Simsbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and clubhouse / community center.
This project involves site improvements focused on increasing handicap accessibility for the subject building. The project includes new site walkways, stairs, ramps, retaining walls, landscaping, as well as select repairs to the building in the vicinity of the sitework. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive defects in same if it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of Simsbury.
