The work entails the removal of non-structural interior elements, and the disconnection and safe termination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. All debris will be properly disposed of in compliance with local regulations. Dust and noise mitigation measures must be implemented. Upon completion, the site will be cleared, cleaned, and inspected to ensure readiness for the upcoming renovations. All work will adhere to applicable safety and environmental standards.
