Site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Moreno Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Location of the Project Project Address: 14075 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, CA 92552 Location: Conference and Recreation Center (CRC) Outdoor Patio Area . Scope of Work The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, delivery services, necessary tools and machinery, supervision and coordination, required to install Outdoor Commercial Festoon Lighting and related items as included in the Exhibits, Specifications, and listed in the Bid Schedule. Project Work Scheduling: Project Work Area will consist of the Building's Electrical Room, a portion of the CRC Ballroom area, and the Outdoor Patio Area. The CRC Ballroom is a venue that is regularly rented out and is use during those hours. The Selected Contractor will need to plan their work around this active area and hours. The City will provide the Selected Contractor with Black out dates and times and available work days and hours. Tentative work month(s) will be: April or May or June. Project Installation and must be working by June 30, 2025. Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Bid Value: $125,000 The City of Moreno Valley, ("City") invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Conference and Recreation Center Outdoor Patio Lighting. Background Moreno Valley was incorporated in 1984 as a General Law City, merging the communities of Moreno, Sunnymead and Edgemont. The City operates under a Council-Manager form of government. The City Council is comprised of an elected Mayor and four Council Members elected by district. The City has a committed customer-service oriented workforce comprised of more than 450 employees who provide a wide-range of municipal services including Public Works, Economic Development, Community Development, Parks and Community Services, Financial and Management Services and Library services. The City contracts with Riverside County for Police and Fire services.
