Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide professional power line clearance tree trimming, tree removal, and vegetation management services under a five-year contract. The scope of work includes trimming trees, clearing brush, and performing weed abatement to ensure proper clearance of power lines throughout the city of Pasadena. All work must be performed in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 1910.269 and California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Section 2951(b), and Section 3420. These services are essential for maintaining the safety and reliability of the City's electrical infrastructure, protecting public safety, and mitigating the risks of outages or wildfires. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the minimum qualification requirements outlined in this solicitation. Contractors must demonstrate expertise in power line clearance tree trimming, and full compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards. Electronic Bid bond is required.
