Project No: ST:H015:2024-3 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct a steel bird netting support structure at the Department's Marblemount Fish Hatchery, located at 8319 Fish Hatchery Lane, Marblemount, Washington 98267, GPS Coordinates 48.5225, -121.4167, in Skagit County Engineer's Estimate: $90,000 If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirements are identified in Section 00100 Instructions To Bidder. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Programs. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
