Renovation of a municipal facility in Marblemount, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Engineer's Estimate: $40,000 For information or technical questions regarding this project, email CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov with the project title and project number in subject line. This email may also be used to request copies of the project's posted documents (Drawings, Specifications, Addenda). The Owner will NOT answer questions received after 2:00 p.m. on May 5, 2022. All addenda issued are part of the bid documents. The Owner will not be responsible for any oral interpretations. The lowest responsive bid and responsible bidder is based upon the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract amount based on any or all of the bid items listed, to restrict the contract amount to the funds available, and to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever and waive informalities. This project includes replacing the failing LP siding on Marblemount Hatchery Residence #2, an approximately 1600-square-foot single story home. This will also involve some soffit and fascia repairs on Residence #1, and the installation of new gutters on both homes
