Project has been Rebid The Project consists of providing construction area signs; providing and implementing a traffic control plan; providing and implementing stormwater pollution prevention plan; providing construction site management; sweeping streets; notifying and coordinating with utility companies, businesses, and property owners; clearing and grubbing; construction survey staking; performing minor roadway excavation and site grading; constructing pervious concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, and driveways; modifying drainage structure; utility relocation and adjustments; planting street trees; pavement repair; roadway milling and resurfacing; installing striping, pavement markings, and signing; and cleaning of the site at the end of the job. Include a bidder's security equal to at least 10 percent of the bid. ALLOTTED TIME FOR COMPLETION: 120 working days. The Contractor must have a Class A or C-8 license to submit a bid.
