This project is located in Vinton County at Lake Hope State Park, 27331 STATE ROUTE 278 MCARTHUR, OH 45651. The project involves the construction of a shelterhouse and site-built restroom facility adjacent State Route 278 at the location of the former park office. Major items of work include: an ADA accessible ramp, sidewalk, concrete stairs and railing; small floating boat dock; on-site sewage treatment system; electric and water utility connections; site grading and landscaping. All work is to be completed under General Contract. Substantial completion date for all work under this project is 294 days.
