Electronic bids will be received for Project DNR-250106, Lake Hope Lodge HVAC Replacement in McArthur, Vinton County, in accordance with contract documents prepared by Wright Engineering. Bidders must register at bidexpress.com, create and enable a digital ID, and submit bids electronically. Requests for substitutions for specified products, equipment, or services must be submitted no later than 10 days before bid opening and are accepted only by written Addendum. Bidders must comply with the "State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction" and all interim changes. Prevailing Wage rates, Equal Employment Opportunity requirements, and the State of Ohio's EDGE Business Development Program apply.
