Description

Sealed bids are requested to supply all grades of RC, MC, Primers, and Emulsions for Vinton County. The products must meet or exceed ODOT specifications, and the contract period will run from April 15, 2026, to April 14, 2027. Awarding will be based on the lowest and best bid as determined by the County Engineer. Material supplied may be sampled and tested at any time by the Engineer or their representative, with testing costs paid by the successful bidder. Material Safety Data Sheets must be provided for each product. Non-compliance may result in revocation of the bid and rejection of substandard materials. All bids must be clearly marked and submitted to the Vinton County Board of Commissioners. Each bid must include a $10,000 Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the form of a bond, certified check, or cashier’s check. All bid items must be quoted or the bid will be unresponsive. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
