Deadline for Questions and Protest of Specifications No later than 2:00 p.m. (Pacific) Tuesday, March 4th , 2025 The City of Hillsboro, Oregon ("City") requests competitive proposals from experienced design-build teams to expand and retrofit its Water Operations building located at 390 W Main Street, Hillsboro, OR. The expansion will entail the addition of three new spaces: a conference room, an open office area, and an exercise room. The design will be developed to ensure seamless integration with the existing building's architectural aesthetic and function requirements. City staff must occupy a portion of the building to conduct normal business activities during construction. Project plans will need to consider this.
