Q&A Deadline 02/24/2025 5:00 PM (PST) The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or his designee. Public Works project mayconsist of but is not limited to: provide leak detection, leak repair, swimming pool replastering, pool deck concrete removal and replacement, and tile replacement services for the commercial pool with 3 water slides and the Little Miner’s Camp pool at DryTown Water Park located at 3850 East Avenue S, Palmdale CA, 93550. Bid Bond 10% Payment Bond100.00% Performance Bond100.00% Work shall be considered completed when all improvements have been completed and the site has been returned to its as-new condition. The work shall be completed in no more than 30 working days and be completed no later than May 16, 2025
