Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Crestview Hills for the Sunset Drive Reconstruction Project. The scope of work includes reconstruction of the roadway typical, and installation of edge drains and storm sewer system on Sunset Drive as depicted on the project plans. The project is located along Sunset Drive from Vernon Drive to Winding Way in the City of Crestview Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky. Last Day for Questions shall be February 24, 2025 at 5 pm. Last Addendum shall be issued on February 27th, 2025 by 5 pm. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to negotiate with apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of the Owner. Small, local, minority and female-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No price escalation during the time of the Construction Contract shall be considered.
