Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility.
The City of Crestview Hills, Kentucky is seeking bids from qualified contractors to update and add square footage to its city building. Entities submitting proposals must have experience with public facilities, good client communication, and a record of timely project completion. The work includes updating public and non-public areas, adding offices, Public Works storage and workspace, and creating police department training and workout facilities. The building will remain occupied and open to the public during construction. Bids are to be submitted on a unit price and/or lump sum basis. Bidders must provide one electronic (.pdf) version and three paper copies of the bid in a sealed envelope marked "Crestview Hills City Building Expansion." A 5% bid bond is required, and the winning bidder must provide a performance bond equal to the bid amount at their own expense. Crestview Hills reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, request additional information, waive errors, or allow correction of errors if in the City's best interest.
