The scope of work includes the replacement of the bridge on Lookout Farm Dr. with a larger structure to alleviate flooding issues near its intersection with Shinkle Rd. Contractors are encouraged to utilize local vendors and suppliers. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. The Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent successful bidder as necessary.
