Renovation of an educational facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

SCOPE OF SERVICE • Lockout tagout Chiller • Isolate and drain oil from oil sump and oil line sets • Remove and Replace 1,700lbs of gas from chiller • Remove and replace pump assembly • Remove and replace oil filter • Fill system with oil and start up chiller • After new oil pump is installed and seal, will leak check system with nitrogen within 24 hours. • Once systems achieve correct micron levels will gas chiller back up and check chiller operation. • Check chiller operation. If any other problems are noted will quote separate. • Verify proper oil levels and temperatures • Log oil pressure differential for tracking purposes
