The Scope of Work for the Project includes: The project involves the installation of 150 linear feet of 20-inch steel casing pipe under Norfolk Southern Railroad using jack and bore methods, along with the installation of 182 linear feet of 12-inch restrained ductile iron pipe and 39 feet of 8" restrained ductile iron pipe. The work also includes the installation of all necessary taps, valves and fittings, as well as the restoration of the site to its original condition. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after March 7th, 2025 may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer WTS Engineering LLC in writing. Bid security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders, Wages shall be paid to each employee engaged in the work at a rate not less than the prevailing rate of wages for the particular trade or occupation, as issued by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.
