Site work for a water / sewer project in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work for the Project includes The Installation of Approximately 225 lf of 6' C-900 PVC along with appurtenances; the abandonment of an existing 1 1/4 water line and the connection of the existing water services to the new 6" PVC. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form attached) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. Bid security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Most Responsive, Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Informalities Not Involving Price, Time or Changes in the Work in the Best Interest of the Owner. Question Deadline 03/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
