Description: Calhoun County is seeking proposals for sodium chloride for use by the Calhoun County Road Department (CCRD) for ice control on County roads for the winter season of 2025 & 2026. Proposals are requested for delivery of salt to CCRD locations for on-site storage and an alternate proposal is requested to supply salt to be picked up by the CCRD from the awarded supplier. The length of the proposed contract will be for ONE (1) year from the date of award, with the option to extend the contract for ONE (1) year if mutually agreed upon by both parties. Proposal prices shall remain firm during the term of this agreement.
