Reference Number 0000376737 The work will generally consist of the installation of new garden demonstrations totaling approximately 6,800 square feet. The new demonstrations will include hardscape, edging work, construction of shade structures and/or pergolas, laying organic and inorganic mulch, irrigation components, as well as the installation of extensive plantings (including trees) and boulders. Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions must be submitted in writing about the drawings, specifications and pre-bid meeting via online electronically requests received after the deadline will not be considered. All questions and associated answers and any other document changes will be sent out via online. Northern Water will enter an agreement with the selected firm and a purchase order will be created for the project based on the proposal pricing. The duration of this agreement will be one year. Northern Water may elect to renew this agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year terms by providing written notice of renewal to the Contractor at least 30 days prior to expiration of the current term of the agreement. The selected firm has the option to not extend the agreement by providing a written notice at least 45 days prior to the agreement expiration date.
