Whatcom County has been awarded federal bridge replacement funds for the design and replacement of Martin Rd/Anderson Creek Bridge No 250. The County has budgeted approximately $387,000 for the portion of the design to be performed by the consultant. The project site is located north of Goshen Road and east of Roberts Road, in unincorporated Whatcom County. Bridge No. 250 is structurally deficient and has a reinforced concrete channel beam superstructure with a timber substructure. Martin Road is considered a Rural Local Access with an approximate ADT of 71.
