Each proposal shall meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The probable contract cost for the base bid construction contract is $ 7,000,000. The Ashland County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the Project. Restoration of Owner's existing facilities used as temporary facilities. 5 SCOPES OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY THE OWNER A. General: Cooperate fully with the Owner so that the work and other activities may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or other contracts.
