Sealed bids will be received for the General Construction Contract related to the Ashland High School Softball Renovation Project. The work entails providing all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the project as specified in the contract documents. Project Location: Ashland High School 1440 King Road Ashland, Ohio 44805 Each proposal must contain the name of every person interested in the proposal and comply with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount, including any add alternates. No bids may be withdrawn within thirty days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and review bidder responsibility as needed.
