Ashland County Airport Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering and consulting services for airport development projects anticipated between 2026-2031. Firms should submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating their expertise in airport planning, architectural/engineering design, and construction administration services, specifically focused on current Airport Capital Improvements. The selection will follow a Qualification Based Selection (QBS) process per FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D and the Ohio Department of Transportation – Office of Aeronautics’ Consultant Procurement Guidelines. Each project’s services will be negotiated independently. SOQ submissions must not include any fees or costs. The Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all submittals, and may initiate additional procurement actions for any services listed.
