Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ashland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
As of January 15, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of the reconstruction of a traffic signal and installation of a firesignal, along with re-striping and ramp reconstruction work. Bidders are required to furnish all necessary labor and materials. All bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express, accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as mandated by the Ohio Revised Code. Each bid must list all interested parties and provide evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. The project completion is required no later than May 31, 2027. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates is mandatory. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the best interest of the City.
