Renovation of a municipal facility in Port Angeles, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Rehabilitation of a 42,000 square-foot roof with a 1/12 pitch entails the washing and etching of the existing surface to apply a seamless liquid polyurea membrane base coat with a UV top coat. An annual maintenance and inspection plan, along with a 20-year warranty on materials and labor, are required. Estimated cost range is $300,000.00 to $450,000.00 Wilson Easton is the Port's Project Manager for this project, telephone number (360) 670- 8062. Each bid must, be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond.
