Chip seal and fog seal, traffic control, traffic marking removal, brooming, traffic marking installation. The time of completion (performance period) is 10 working days for the base bid and 5 working days for Additive 01. All questions regarding the plans and specifications shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, March 5, 2025, 5:00 pm PST, in writing or electronically to Timothy Hayes, P.E., Project Manager, at thayes@cityofpa.us. The City of Port Angeles in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of their programs and activities.
