The estimated cost of the project is $2-$3M. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Purchasing via Vendor Registry portal for this solicitation. The deadline for questions will be 2:00 PM local time on March 04, 2025 The Project consists of constructionof a bathroom facility, public shower, four pavilions, parking lot with forty-nine standard parking spaces, three ADA accessibleparking spaces, and twenty-nine low-speed vehicle parking spaces, boardwalk with ADA ramp, sanitary sewer lift station, andunderground stormwater system. The work is further defined as shown on the Plans and as described by the Contract Documents. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its bestinterest and its decision shall be final. Pursuant to section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, the County will not request any documentation of or consider a proposerssocial, political or ideological interests when determining if the proposer is a responsible proposer. The County will not give a preference to a proposer based upon the proposers social, political, or ideological interests. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All terms, specifications and conditions set forth in this ITB are incorporated into your response. A bid will not be accepted unless allconditions have been met. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
