VILLAGE OF KINGSTON Kingston, Ohio Control Valve Station The Project consists of furnishing and installing a flow control valve station. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, local time, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Data & Analytics, 4300 Beltway Place, Suite 150, Arlington, TX 76018, ACI, 3 Kovach Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45215; online at Data Analytics at: www.construction.com/projectcenter/ ; the office of the Village of Kingston, Ohio, Village Hall 20 East Pickaway Street Kingston, Ohio on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM; and the office of the Engineer, RLM Engineering, Inc., 2700 N. State Highway 7, North Vernon, IN 47265, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available as an electronic file (as portable document format (PDF) files) via email for a non-refundable charge of $_0.00__. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor under the 1931 Davis-Bacon and related Acts. Engineer's Construction Estimates: $65,000.00 The Village of Kingston, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any nonmaterial irregularities. Question Deadline 02/27/2025
