Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Imlay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Imlay City is planning to repave their existing parking lot and make updates to their existing offices. These updates include adding a service window into the main corridor, repairing cracked drywall, paint all interior walls, and recarpet the existing carpeted areas. The exterior will include new gutters, column wraps and sidewalks on both the front and back of the building. For the site, the Citys goal is to remove two large pine trees and repave the existing site, add curb and gutter to the areas that are without, and improve drainage. In addition, they are looking to eliminate grass areas around the building by incorporating landscaping and hardscape. Make a cursory review of the HVAC system due to poor heating and cooling in the council chambers.
