(Next to the South Pavilion) o Remove old water fountain and ground hydrant. o Install a drain system that will require no future maintenance. o Install a hookup to blow out the fountain during winter season. o Pour a concrete pad for fountain to sit on. o Backfill, seed and straw dig site. o Install the provided fountain. o Install a provided hose bib on the side of the fountain. o All job debris will be hauled away from the jobsite by the contractor o Any additional work must be addressed in change order request submitted to the City, which will list time and materials needed o Contractor will be responsible for protecting the workspace o Contractor will be responsible to keep the work area as clean and tidy as possible and eliminate any potential hazards o All work will be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Scope of Work for Lindbergh Park, 7749 Lindbergh Dr. (Next to Community Garden.)
