The City of Covington is requesting qualifications from consultants or consultant teams for right-of-way (ROW) services for civil and transportation projects. The agreement is expected to run from Spring 2025 to Spring 2026. The selected consultant should be knowledgeable about Washington State and City of Covington ROW regulations, including property acquisition, negotiations, and relocation assistance. While this project is not federally funded, consultants should demonstrate experience following industry best practices and compliancewith applicable state and local ROW policies. Familiarity with ROW services for projects involving roadway widening and other traffic safety improvements is preferred.
