The Neptune Housing Authority is seeking proposals from interested Contractors to perform Flooring repairs to Authority owned buildings as needed. The service is to be provided from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 20227. All companies submitting a proposal must include the following: 1. Per man hour labor rate 2. VCT install/sq. ft. 3. VCT rip up/sq. ft. 4. 1/8" Luan Underlayment rip up/sq. ft. 5. 1/8" Luan underlayment Install/sq. ft. 6. 1/2" Sub-floor Install sq./ft/ 7. 3/8" Sub-floor Install/sq. ft. 8. Sub-floor rip up/sq. ft. 9. Apartment rehab as required. The bidder must have in effect and supply a copy and maintain their liability insurance of not less than $500,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate prior to commencing any work.
