Neptune Township Housing Authority Equipment Service The Neptune Township Housing Authority is seeking quotes for hourly rates and overtime rates to service the following equipment which will include cleaning, repairing and maintaining the proper operation and repair of all heating equipment and all the A/C equipment, domestic hot water boilers, storage tanks, controls and return circulation pumps, modulating type gas controls. This service is to be provided fortwenty-four (24) hours and will cover the contract years from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027. All persons/companies submitting proposals must have in effect and supply a copy and maintain their liability insurance of not less than $500,000.00per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate Any questions should be directed to Joseph L.
