The Neptune Housing Authority is seeking proposals from interested Fire and Safety Companies to perform: 1. Annual Fire Alarm Monitoring and repair. 2. Fire Extinguisher Inspections and repair. 3. Fire Sprinkler Testing and repair to Authority owned buildings and equipment as needed. The successful RFP will be requested to provide this service from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027. COPY OF NJ STATE BUSINESS REGISTRATION The bidder must have in effect and supply a copy and maintain their liability insurance of not less than $500,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate prior to commencing any work.
