The Neptune Township Housing Authority asks that all Painting Contractor provide the following pricing and information in your proposal for the Following: 1. 0 Bedroom Efficiency - 400 Sq. Ft. 2. 1 Bedroom Apartment - 500 Sq. Ft 3. 2 Bedroom Apartment - 600 Sq. Ft 4. 3 Bedroom Apartment - 700 Sq. Ft 5. 4 Bedroom Apartment - 800 Sq. Ft NJ State Business Registration NJ State Contractors Certification The bidder must have in effect and supply a copy and maintain their liability insurance of not less than $500,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate prior to commencing any work.
