Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The scope of work includes the following but is not limited to upgrading fire alarm system in the Jerome T. Hart Building and installing new head end system at the Joint Operations Center. Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS. ALL questions should be emailed to Joe Sovis at jsovis@matrixceinc.com no later than 2:00 p.m., Eastern on March 5, 2025. Each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in Instructions to Bidders (and as specified in Bid Bond, if a Bid Bond is enclosed), in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder s Base Bid. If Bid Security is by check or money order, Anticipated Notice to Proceed / Project Start: May 16, 2025
